Each includes delivery, pickup, disposal and a 7-day rental; the weight allowance, the $0.10/lb overage and the $15/day extension are the same as in Connecticut.
Booking. There’s no online checkout in New York. Send a lock-in request and the price is held. Our office calls you during business hours (Mon–Fri 8 AM – 4 PM) to confirm your order and take payment by phone. Credit card only. Your dumpster is booked once payment is confirmed.

In the Town of New Castle, the question with a renovation isn't whether the Town takes debris. It's which of three routes you use for it. The Town's own pages cover the first two, and both have limits.
The Recycling Center
The Town's Recycling Center on Joan Corwin Way takes scrap metal, appliances with Freon, tires and covered electronics, some of them for a fee. What it turns away matters more for a project: construction debris such as bricks, insulation and sheetrock, plus car parts, furniture, garbage and household chemicals. A cleared-out room of old furniture won't go there, and neither will a bathroom tear-out. Hours and the posted fees we could confirm are in the FAQ.
Special pickups at the curb
The Refuse page says special pickups of construction debris or bulky household items can be arranged, for a fee, with the Town's refuse contractor. Regular cans have a weight cap, so heavy debris is out of the weekly can anyway. A special pickup is a reasonable answer for a few items. Once the pile turns into a weekend's worth of demo, a container on the driveway is usually simpler, and you load it at your own pace.
Permits
We didn't find a dumpster or container permit on the Town's Highway or Department of Public Works pages. The DPW does charge for street openings, and it fines openings done without a permit, but that's about digging. If the only spot for a container is in the road, ask DPW before we schedule delivery.
Sizing: a closet-and-garage purge fits a small box. Flooring, plaster and roofing from a renovation call for more room, and we'll help you judge it.

Do I need a permit to dig in a New Castle road?
