What about the slab?
The structure comes down and goes away; the slab stays. Concrete doesn't ride in our cans, and slab-breaking is excavator work. If the end goal is bare ground, we'll say so up front so you can line up the concrete phase separately.
The garage still has electricity — is that a problem?
It has to be dead before demolition starts — disconnected at the panel by an electrician, not just switched off. Same rule as every powered structure we touch.
Does weather stop a garage demo?

We take the structure to clean slab level first; then a concrete contractor breaks and hauls the slab from an open, easy-access site, which costs less than working around a standing building. We'll point you to the right kind of outfit at the walkthrough so the sequence is lined up before demo day.
