One Can. Every Job.
Every size we rent arrives in the same full-size 20-yard can — 22 ft × 8 ft, about the length of a full-size pickup truck. The size you book is the weight allowance, not the box.

Here's the part of our operation most customers never see coming: our fleet is 100 identical 20-yard cans. Not a mixed yard of little cans and big cans — one can, built once, a hundred times over.
So when you book a dumpster from us, every size option arrives in the same full-size can. The footprint is identical on every job — 22 ft × 8 ft, about the length of a full-size pickup truck — because it was designed with residential driveways in mind. The size you pick doesn't change what shows up. It changes what's included when we weigh your load.
The space is free. Weight is what you're buying.
Book a smaller size package and you still get the full-size can — taller walls and more cubic room than the size number suggests, at no extra charge. We'd rather you have headroom than watch you play debris Tetris at the top of a short wall.
That deal only makes sense if we're honest about the other half: your price is set by the weight allowance you book, and weight past the allowance bills at $0.10 per pound — even if the can looks half full. Here's what each package includes:
- 10-yard — $447, includes 1,000 lbs of disposal
- 15-yard — $547, includes 2,000 lbs of disposal
- 20-yard — $647, includes 4,000 lbs of disposal
- 30/40-yard — $899, includes 6,000 lbs of disposal
Light, bulky loads — furniture, boxes, household junk — almost never touch the allowance, and the extra space is pure upside. Dense loads — tile, plaster, roofing, concrete-adjacent anything — hit the scale long before they hit the walls. Either way you know the rate going in, because the transfer station charges by the pound and so do we, passed through without markup.
The four packages — same can, different allowance

- Tires (route to a tire dealer or pay $50/each disposal fee if loaded)

Walk it in. Don't throw it over.
Every can has a big rear swing door with a low step. Open it, walk the heavy stuff straight in — sleeper sofas, dressers, appliances — and stack the light material on top. No breaking furniture down to fit it over a wall, no lifting a washer chest-high, no ramp improvisation.
Load heavy-first through the door and the can packs denser and safer, which is exactly what you want when the space is free and the weight is metered.
Know your allowance? Book it now.
Same can either way — pick the package that fits the weight of what you're tossing.
One can type is also the efficient way to run trucks
There's a quiet mechanical benefit to fleet standardization, and it plays out on your street:
- Any truck serves any job. No dispatching a specific truck across the county because it's the one carrying the right can size. Routes get built around geography, not equipment matching.
- Wrong-size swap trips don't exist here. When every can is the same can, there's no truck rolling out to exchange a can that turned out to be the wrong size — that trip is simply gone from the system. Need a bigger allowance mid-job? That's a phone call, not a delivery.
- Fewer total truck miles on local roads. A standardized fleet spends fewer miles repositioning equipment, and that efficiency is part of how our prices stay where they are.
