The 30/40 arrives as two 20-yard cans — for a farmhouse-plus-barn job, one at each building works nicely. Rural cleanouts load heavy
Furniture from before particleboard, cast iron, tool benches, wet hay-loft debris — old-property loads are dense, and density is what the weight allowance meters. Our advice for most Colebrook cleanouts is the 20-yard: its 4,000-lb allowance absorbs what a 15's 2,000 can't, and since every can is the same physical 22-foot box, the extra money buys pounds rather than parking problems.
Placement on old farm land
