Drive Route 67 through Oxford and count the fresh-cut cul-de-sacs. This has been one of New Haven County's building towns for two decades — subdivisions filling in around Quaker Farms and Oxford Center, an airport-adjacent commercial corridor, and enough active framing that a roll-off in a dirt front yard is practically the town flower. Half our Oxford drops go to contractors; the other half go to the first wave of those subdivision owners, whose houses are now old enough for their first kitchen remodels.
Dispatch is from our West Haven yard, up Route 8 and out Route 67 — a comfortable run. We book next-day windows as standard, and the short haul means a before-11-AM call can sometimes catch the same day's route.
Contractor cans and homeowner cans, same rates
There's one rate card: $447 (10-yard), $547 (15), $647 (20), $899 (30/40 tier — two 20-yard cans). Includes delivery, pickup, 7 days, and disposal. Builders on multi-phase jobs usually cycle 20-yards with swap calls; homeowners doing a remodel mostly land on the 15. Since every can in the fleet is the identical 22-foot box, choosing a size is really choosing a weight allowance — the footprint in your driveway never changes.
Long driveways, big lots, easy drops
Placement in Oxford is about as easy as it gets: newer construction means driveways poured with real turning room. The exceptions are the older rural stretches — long gravel approaches, canopy trees, the occasional low wire. Firm gravel is no problem; saturated ground is, and we'll say so rather than bury a loaded truck in your yard. Planks go under the wheels off pavement as a matter of course.
Weight is the number that matters
New-construction debris is bulky but light; remodel debris is the opposite. Tile, plaster, and old cabinetry add up faster than they look. When we talk sizing on the phone we'll ask what's actually going in the can, not just how big your project feels — the allowance ladder (1,000 to 6,000 lbs) exists so you can buy the pounds you need up front instead of meeting them as $0.10/lb overage.
Do you even need a can?
For a few bags and a broken dresser, probably not — ask Oxford's town offices what resident disposal options exist before you spend $447. We'd rather lose the small job and get the phone call when you gut the kitchen.
Over the town line
Seymour east across the river, Southbury north on 67, Middlebury and Naugatuck to the northeast, Beacon Falls across the Naugatuck, and Monroe over the Fairfield County line. Rates hold everywhere: How Pricing Works.

What customers in Oxford are saying
Y “Justin is fantastic so friendly and professional. Whenever I need to call him for another dumpster he's right on it. Highly recommended.”
Y “Spectacular service, even during Covid! First, a human answered their phone immediately and was clear and courteous. How rare these days! I got an appointment for next day! As promised, received a call that crew was on its way. My mother gave me last minute permission to move a fridge, not part of original request. So I had to tell the poor guys upon arrival that there was a surprise fridge move, two in fact, one removed, one moved within house. Crew didn't flinch. Then one fridge move required its doors AND house door to come off, which they achieved with impressive skill. I'm a manager in my work life and can say their professionalism was superb. Also, important for environment, the company claims to recycle materials. A+ on every level.”
Y “Amazing experience! I would definitely hire them again! Every interaction with this company, from setting up the appointment with Justin, and then having to move it up, because my long distance home movers moved up their delivery day at the last minute, and to the appointment itself, has been a wonderful, and positive experience. When we had to change my delivery window at the last minute, Justin was incredibly helpful and accommodating. And the amazing movers, Eric and Mike, "Big Mike", were so wonderful, professional, helpful, kind, and did excellent work.”
